What is Home Care Pulse?
Home Care Pulse is an independent, third party research company that we have hired to gather and report feedback from our clients. This enables them to provide feedback that impacts the quality of care they receive. Since Home Care Pulse isn’t affiliated with Extended Family Home Care, they are able to collect honest, unbiased feedback without the concern of an outside influence.
Phone Interview Feedback
Home Care Pulse conducts random live phone interviews with our clients every month to find out how they feel about the service we provide. Phone interviews are safe, secure and HIPAA compliant—they do not ask for any personal, financial or health information. Every client has the option to remain anonymous, so they can provide honest feedback, positive or negative, without the fear of any repercussions.
As part of the phone interview, each client is given the opportunity to rate us on a scale of 1 to 10 in areas such as timeliness of caregivers, services being provided as promised and the overall quality of care. Besides ratings, clients are also given the opportunity to provide feedback on areas where we need to improve and areas where we excel.
After the live interviews, we receive a report that shows us how our business rates compared to others in the industry on client and caregiver satisfaction scores from several categories, including Compassion, Work Ethic, Communication, and Training. This gathered data becomes part of our ongoing Quality Management Program. This gives us the opportunity to make improvements and most importantly, if we do really well, other home care providers get to see our success.
